Description

Reconstruction of the artifact. Fibula from Haithabu (Denmark). This is probably the first attempt to reconstruct this artifact in the world. There was a lack of a detailed study. In the scientific study of this artifact, there is mention of semi-precious stones, possibly amber, mounted as a decorative element. I propose the following options: yellow amber, red carnelian, green and blue agate.

Diameter of the fibula’s bow: 5 cm.
Pin length: 10 cm.
Material: bronze
Silver plating or gilding is available.
